Seagate 100536501 REV A PCB Question

My computer suddenly stopped seeing my 2TB Seagate hard drive.
I took it to local hard drive repair service and after scanning they told me that the data is still on the disk and it is safe, the problem is electrical. The circuit is not working.

Is changing the circuit (which is Seagate 100536501 REV A PCB) might be the solution ? Cause they told me "You can’t change the circuit, it’s a part of this specific hard drive" and the gave me a $500 quote for recovering my information.

If you can’t change the circuit, then why companies sell circuits online ? let’s say my particular circuit, which is Seagate 100536501 REV A PCB, I found online for $45.

HDD can’t spin; board/chip be burnt; interface broken; etc. These problems are caused by PCB malfunction. Swap PCB can resolve the problems.

For Seagate HDD, just need the donor PCB has the same board number as yours.
