Western Digital 2060-701494-002 PCB Board.

2060-701494-0021. Van a gépemben két HDD. Az egyik 40Gb, ezen van az op. rendszer. A másik 320Gb, ezen van az összes többi adat.
Az egyik napról a másikra (este még működött, reggel már nem ismerte fela BIOS) a 320 Gb-os vinyó megadta magát. Sem a BIOS, sem a Windows nem ismeri fel.
Vagyis a BIOS annyira felismeri, hogy van ott egy slave HDD, de sem a típusát, sem a méretét nem tudja kiolvasni. Így a win betöltődésénél már nem is látszik a HDD. De a BIOS beállításban sem tudom felismertetni.
Utánanéztem a dolognak, és úgy néz ki, hogy az elektronikája adta meg magát.

1. The son of a friend put 19V on a WD20EARS. It doesn’t spin…
I thought it was the TVS diode that burned. I removed a diode "D4" which was shorted (I mean let pass in both ways, sorry for my bad english).
The PCB P/N is 2060-771642-001 REV P1.
I can’t see other component burned, but unfortunately it was not enough to repair. Does someone now if I have to replace this TVD Diode on this particular model ? What other component may I test ?
By the way, the other diode "D3", on the right corner, seems good but I’m not sure what should be the values.

2. I need a replacement PCB for a Western Digital Caviar Green 1.5TB SATA drive. I accidentally applied power with reverse polarity and melted at least one chip on the PCB.

The SMOOTH chip is the only one that’s visibly damaged. I’m hoping that any custom parameters for the drive are stored on the Marvell chip.
So.. does anyone have a replacement PCB? If so, which chip(s) do I need to move over from my broken PCB?
If I can’t find a PCB that matches, can I get away with just replacing the SMOOTH chip?

1003681821. I recently did something very stupid and am trying to fix it. I accidentally plugged a molex connector in backwards with the computer running and smoked my friends hard drive. I know…never, never etc…I’m still kicking myself. A 400GB drive and it was packed FULL of data that he needs back. I think it was the 5V TVS diode that blew, but not sure. Do you think I did more damage than just the PCB? The drive spins up and is recognized by name when connected to a IDE>USB adapter, but doesn’t show up in "My Computer". If someone has a matching PCB or entire drive, I’ll buy it and give it a try unless you think it’s a lost cause. Any help from the experts here would be GREATLY appreciated, as my friend is not very happy with me right now.

2. Ostatnio po powrocie do domu miałem niemiłą niespodziankę – po włączeniu komputera dysk twardy nie wystartował. Po wyłączeniu pc i spojrzeniu do obudowy okazało się, że dysk jest cały mokry… Po osuszeniu, wymyciu elektroniki w izopropanolu, oraz oczyszczeniu śladów korozji pędzelkiem z włókna szklanego dalej zima – nie wykrywany w BIOSie, nawet silniczek nie startuje.

Planuje kupić nowy dysk dla samej elektroniki, aby odzyskać dane i mam pytanie do zajmujących się tym profesjonalnie – czy same przełożenie elektroniki wystarczy? Czytałem gdzieś(na jakiejś stronie zajmującej się odzyskiem danych, że w tych dyskach część firmwareu jest zapisana na talerzach i mogą być problemy po przełożeniu elektroniki od innego dysku. Czy to prawda, czy chwyt "marketingowy", a jeżeli prawda to jak to "ugryźć"?
Zajmuje się serwisem GSM, także ew. przelutowanie potrzebnych układów nie stanowi najmniejszego problemu.

Drugie pytanie co do doboru elektroniki. HDD to dokładnie WD15EARS-00S8B1. Czy końcówka 00S8B1 ma kluczowe znaczenie (domyślam się, że pewnie tak) i co ona oznacza (tak z ciekawości)? W okolicznych sklepach i znajomych hurtowniach są dostępne tylko WD15EARS-00Y5B1 oraz WD15EARS-00Z5B1 – ryzykować podstawienie elektroniki z tych dysków czy szanse są bliskie zeru? Na co jeszcze zwracać uwagę przy doborze elektroniki?

1003875751. j’aimerais savoir s’il est possible de changer la PCB d’1 DD?? et si oui, comment et où s’adresser?

mon problème est le suivant: j’ai récupéré un DD SATA Seagate de 160 Go, qui a été mal démonté d’une mini-tour Acer, ce qui fait que le connecteur SATA est cassé – il démarre bien, mais n’est pas repéré par le BIOS au démarrage du PC.

2. j’ai un petit probleme avec mon disque dur qui ne démare plus , il s’agit d’un seagate 200Go . Sur le circuit imprimé (réf : 100387575 REV C ) il manque un composant . J’ai des fichiers assez important sur ce dd et j’aimerais savoir s’il est possible de trouver le composant manquant et de le souder ? ou d’acheter le circuit imprimé avec les composants indépendament du dd ?
