Hard disk flashes for a few seconds and turns off without reading the data

my hard disk has the problem that after inserting the power cable it flashes for a few seconds and turns off without reading the data. All this happened suddenly I turned to a technician and he told me that the problem was the PCB and if I found another one it must have the same code if you could help me as best I could in trying to solve the problem with my hard disk I would be happy, thank you and I await a response.

When you get this PCB, you need to move your original PCB’s BIOS to the replacement PCB. The 8pins (4 pins on each sides) with 25P05VP、25P10VP、25F512、25F1024、25F1024AN、SST25VF512、SST25VF010, etc. are the BIOS.
