PCB 100406538

Seagate 100406538 10042728 Barracuda 7200.10 PCB Circuit Board

PCB 1004065381. Last week I had an identical plate with the same P / N (9BJ04G – 305) and firmware (3.AAE) and they get auctioned this week. After a few minutes, the new board under the old disk, the disk was running with the usual buzz, the green light from the external enclosure flashed back peacefully instead of blinking frantically, but the computer remained in the detection of USB devices are attached and skipped the plate at some point. In Windows was never seen anything of the plate, not even in Disk Management.
The same thing happened when I attached the drive directly into the computer rather than to operate in an external enclosure via USB. On the laptop in case it was at least recognized as a Maxtor 3200, but eventually got an error that the installation of the new device and something went wrong there, too lacking any trace of the plate.
The revision of the board (thank God) are also identical (100 406 538 REV A), but so far nothing is achieved. Do you have any idea what I can do more without having to have data recovery?

2. I just burn my DD after a power surge.
I’m looking for the same to change the PCB or directly on PCB.
