Seagate ST3250410AS (P/N 9EU142-310) with a damaged PCB

I have a Seagate ST3250410AS (P/N 9EU142-310) with a damaged PCB caused by a PC power supply failure (will not spin up).  I have attached photos of the drive and both sides of the PCB.

It looks like you sell this PCB as board “2” in the listing below.  Can you confirm if this is the correct replacement board for my drive?

Can you also confirm if a BIOS or ROM chip swap would be required or if the replacement board could simply be installed?  My board does not appear to have an 8 pin BIOS chip.

I am assuming that the internal components of the hard disk are still OK.

It is your donor PCB (ST3250410AS Seagate PCB 100468303 REV A).

The BIOS needs to be changed.
