Hello, i have Seagate Exos X20 20TB, and after 2 days of working i turn off computer, and changed (while power off) hdd position to another sata power cable which is longer, but after i turn on computer drive is silent and no spinning.
When i try it in another computer / external sata dock, it is not spinning. I am sure, that its only something like FUSE / or cold spot /
There is 201221500 REV B on PCB / i cant find on google this part / maybe this drive is too new ? can you help me ?
