The USB port broke off my WD 4.0 TB external HD. The model number on the pcb board: WD40NMZW-59GX6S1
2060-8000041-003-REV P1

I see that you have this in stock on your website. I was wondering, do you also do the firmware chip transfer too? If so, how much does that cost and what is the best way for me to order both and get this hard drive shipped your way.
