do you have replacement parts for this hard drive?

this hard drive that i have is quite old and smoking. i saw the seagate 100389148 in your catalog but i’m not certain it’ll fit because you show 100389144 E in the image instead of 100389144 H. will it work?

For this PCB swapping, just need to check the board number 100389148.

When you get this PCB, you need to move your original PCB’s BIOS to the replacement PCB. The 8pins (4 pins on each sides) with 25P05VP、25P10VP、25F512、25F1024、25F1024AN、SST25VF512、SST25VF010, etc. are the BIOS.

thank you for your reply, yes it is 100389144 H that i have. the website hddzone.com says it is 100389148. i would just like to be sure that it is a match.

also can you please tell me what exactly i need to do to replace the BIOS? i have no specialized equipment and i have only found three 8pins on the pcb.
